We would like to thank everybody who attended our recent Lunch & Learn seminar that was sponsored by Arizona Technology Council in June 22nd, 2010. It was a great success. We talked about:

• How to Avoid Captive Tenant Syndrome – an issue tenants face when considering renewing their lease.

We also would like to thank everybody who attended our recent CLE Class on June 11th at Wells Fargo Conference Center. It was a great success.

We talked about Current Office Market conditions, How market conditions impact landlord concessions, Special Tenants' concerns, Working with and negotiating against distressed properties and landlords. Ed Harris from CTS discussed Hot topics relating to financial terms within the commercial real estate lease. Eric Berson from Washington Realty Group discussed What is really happening in the negotiation of large law firm leases.
