Andy's career in commercial real estate began as a civil engineer in land development. While excelling in the field, he successfully worked with diverse teams through the intricacies of designing commercial developments, all the while bringing them to fruition through careful resource and budgetary management. The Master of Real Estate Development program at Arizona State University that Andy completed both complimented and amplified his working knowledge of land development. The competitive transdisciplinary program, in combination with internship programs, introduced him to advanced financial modeling, acquisition analysis, extensive design and construction principles, as well as strategic positioning.  The program uniquely harnessed the most current and aggressive practical knowledge from successful professionals in the fields of law, design, business, and construction and greatly improved Andy's natural ability to excel in other areas of the industry.  Andy's shift to the commercial brokerage side of the industry was a natural transition.  His ability to understand the big issues at hand while managing the myriad of complex details has made him a strong advocate for his clients.  Andy teamed  up with Phoenix Realty Advisors in February of 2009. His genuine optimism and energy enhances not only his likeability, but also his capacity to effectively communicate complex issues to a broad constituency.  The backbone of Andy's character, particularly his integrity and strong work ethic, was hewn through his military service.  His ability to think quickly and navigate stressful situations led to four promotions in only three years and made him a valued team member in the Marine Corps' most elite unit: Force Reconnaissance.  The sense of pride he earned while serving his country and leading small teams was not lost when he took off the uniform.  Instead, it strengthened his conviction to put his best foot forward in every endeavor and relentlessly strive to improve himself.
