The objectives of any company begin with the philosophy and goals of the founder. James Robinson is the founder and managing partner of Phoenix Realty Advisors. He has 20 years of experience in the commercial real estate field representing a wide array of businesses from doctors, attorneys, and financial institutions to advertising firms and more. James Robinson's vision was to create a commercial real estate company focused on representing the Tenants' real estate needs [on a nationwide basis]. While this is Phoenix Realty Advisors current focus, James has also had experience as the director of leasing for Phoenix City Square, which is the second largest office project in Arizona. As a result he has the experience and expertise to view negotiations not only from the Tenants' point of view, but also from the landlord's perspective.
